This policy explains what information FlexFit HTX ("FlexFit," "we," "us") collects when you use flexfithtx.com or join our Founding 250 waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this plain and short on purpose.

Who we are

FlexFit HTX is a reformer Pilates and infrared sauna studio located at 1531 Highway 6, Suite 225, Sugar Land, TX 77478 (opening in 2026). You can reach us at info@flexfithtx.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and phone number, and optionally your interests (Pilates, sauna), preferred class times, and whether you're joining with a friend.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location) through cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use your information

• Add you to the Founding 250 waitlist and hold your place in line.
• Send you membership details, pricing, preview-class access, and opening updates.
• Send occasional email updates and our newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Text you updates about our opening and when booking goes live (see below).
• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Understand and improve how the site performs.

Text messages (SMS)

By giving us your phone number and submitting a form, you agree that we may text you about your waitlist spot, our opening, and booking availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts won't remove you from the waitlist — email us if you'd like to update your preferences.

Email marketing

We use beehiiv to manage our email list and send newsletters. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and how visitors interact with our pages. This uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run FlexFit — for example, our email platform (beehiiv), analytics (Google), and website hosting (Vercel), and, once we open, our class-booking system. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're on our waitlist or a member, and as needed to run our business or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@flexfithtx.com.

Children's privacy

Our site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
