These terms apply when you use the FlexFit HTX website (flexfithtx.com) and when you join our Founding 250 waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About this site
Right now, this site is informational and exists to share what FlexFit HTX is and to let you join our Founding 250 waitlist ahead of our 2026 opening. Details like pricing, class schedules, and membership terms are being finalized and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of membership.
The Founding 250 waitlist
Joining the waitlist adds you to our early-interest list and helps us prepare membership details for you. It is not a purchase, a reservation of a specific spot, or a guarantee of membership or pricing. We currently do not collect payment through this site. Full membership terms will be provided when enrollment opens, and any membership will be governed by the agreement you receive at that time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to submit information through this site.
Health & wellness disclaimer. Reformer Pilates, exercise, and infrared sauna use involve physical activity and heat exposure. FlexFit HTX is a fitness and wellness studio, not a medical provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or sauna program, especially if you are pregnant or have any health condition. You participate at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The FlexFit HTX name, logo, content, photography, and design are owned by FlexFit HTX and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party links and services
Our site links to third-party services (such as Instagram) and uses third-party tools (such as our email and analytics providers). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
